Move important shared work forward

When progress depends on several teams, partners, or institutions, it can be difficult to see why the work is harder than expected. Impact Sphere Global helps you understand what’s getting in the way and decide what to change next.

START A CONVERSATION

Does any of this sound familiar?

“We’ve agreed on what we want to achieve, but we’re not making enough progress.”

“We’ve agreed on what we want to achieve, but we’re not making enough progress.”

“We’ve agreed on what we want to achieve, but we’re not making enough progress.”

You need to understand where the work is getting held up and what deserves attention first.

“People agree to do things, but they don’t follow through.”

“We’ve agreed on what we want to achieve, but we’re not making enough progress.”

“We’ve agreed on what we want to achieve, but we’re not making enough progress.”

You need to understand why commitments aren’t becoming action and what would make them workable.

“Our team is doing most of the work.”

“We’ve agreed on what we want to achieve, but we’re not making enough progress.”

“Unless I stay involved in everything, things don’t happen.”

You need to examine whether responsibilities and contributions are realistic, fairly distributed, and sustainable.

“Unless I stay involved in everything, things don’t happen.”

“We need to decide what to do next, but we’re unsure which option will work.”

“Unless I stay involved in everything, things don’t happen.”

You need to understand what depends on you personally and what would enable others to take responsibility.

“We ask for input and collect feedback, but little changes.”

“We need to decide what to do next, but we’re unsure which option will work.”

“We need to decide what to do next, but we’re unsure which option will work.”

You need to understand how people’s contributions reach decisions and what would make participation more useful.

“We need to decide what to do next, but we’re unsure which option will work.”

“We need to decide what to do next, but we’re unsure which option will work.”

“We need to decide what to do next, but we’re unsure which option will work.”

You need to compare the options and understand what each would require before making a commitment.

Start With Your Concern

You don’t need to know the cause or arrive with a perfectly defined priority. Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish and what concerns you. We’ll help identify a focused question and an appropriate way to examine it.

FOUR WAYS we can help

There’s no required sequence. Choose according to what you need to understand or decide.

If you’re unsure, start with a conversation.

1. Priority to Progress Check

RECOGNIZE THE SIGNAL

Recognize the concern and identify what needs attention:

Use the free Check to reflect on one important piece of shared work. The Companion helps you explore your responses, identify concrete examples, and frame a useful question or next action.

Useful when:

You sense that something isn’t working, or want a structured way to reflect before discussing the situation with colleagues or Impact Sphere Global.

What you receive:

A short self-reflection Check and practical Companion Guide. Together, they help you identify possible areas for attention. Your responses provide a starting point for inquiry, rather than an independent assessment of the work.

How it works:

Complete the Check and use the Companion on your own or as a prompt for discussion.

2. Priority to Progress Snapshot

CLARIFY ONE OPERATING QUESTION

Understand what to address first:

Get an initial professional interpretation of one specific concern. ISG helps you consider what may be contributing to the difficulty and choose a useful first response.

Useful when:

You want help deciding where to begin before committing to a larger intervention or more extensive review.

What you receive:

A concise brief explaining the initial observations, supporting evidence, important unknowns, and recommended next steps, followed by a findings conversation.

How it works:

We help define the inquiry, discuss a concrete example, and examine your perspective alongside selected existing information. The Snapshot explains what the initial evidence suggests and what remains uncertain.

Fee: $249 pilot / $499 regular

Timing and preparation are agreed before you commit.

3. Priority to Progress Operating Review

UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HOLDING PROGRESS BACK

Understand what needs to change in how the work operates:

Examine a persistent problem affecting one important priority. ISG brings together relevant records and differing perspectives to help you decide which operating arrangements need to change.

Useful when:

The same difficulties recur, previous attempts haven’t helped enough, or an effective response depends on several teams, partners, or institutions.

What you receive:

A review explaining the findings, differences across perspectives, constraints, and uncertainties. Recommendations inform a focused 60–90-day action agenda, discussed in an executive session.

How it works:

We define the inquiry with you and examine selected records alongside perspectives from people involved in the work. We consider competing explanations and distinguish supported findings from questions that remain unresolved.

Fee: $2,499 pilot / $4,999 regular

Timing and participation arrangements are agreed before you commit.

4. Priority to Progress Strategic Briefing

EXAMINE THE WIDER SYSTEM

Compare your options before making a consequential decision:

Examine a defined choice, such as whether to expand an initiative, redesign an arrangement, renew a partnership, or defer a commitment.

Useful when:

You need to assess which course of action is most workable, what it would require, and which conditions should be in place before proceeding.

What you receive:

A tailored briefing assessing the options, tradeoffs, dependencies, and uncertainties. An executive discussion helps you consider the recommended course of action and conditions for proceeding, adapting, deferring, or stopping.

How it works:

We define the decision, options, and criteria with you, then gather information proportionate to the question. A Strategic Briefing can stand alone or build on earlier ISG work.

Fee and timing:  Agreed to prior to any commitment

WHAT IMPACT SPHERE GLOBAL EXAMINES

We examine the arrangements affecting your chosen priority.

These may include leadership, decision authority, governance, resources, responsibilities, coordination, trust, participation, and the use of evidence.

We look inside your institution and across the people and organizations whose contributions matter. The focus stays on the specific work you want to advance.

Our findings make uncertainty visible. Where a difficulty requires specialist expertise or cannot responsibly be addressed within the engagement, we explain that limitation.

What Impact Sphere Global examines

Every level begins with one priority and five practical questions:

  1. Coordination: Do coordinating activities lead to measurable progress towards shared priorities?
  2. Trust: Can people rely on the process and one another's commitments?
  3. Influence: Can stakeholders shape what happens next?
  4. Contribution: Is participation useful, reciprocal, and workable?
  5. Learning: Does evidence change decisions and practice?

Across all five, Impact Sphere Global also asks whether the practice is embedded and whether progress can endure through changes in leadership, staffing, funding, or external conditions.

What to expect

1. Name a priority or a decision you need to make.

Tell us what matters, what is not moving forward, and what decision(s) need more insight and support.

2. Confirm fit and scope.

We agree on the evidence, perspectives, safeguards, timing, and decision latitude.

3. Gather evidence and choose the next move.

We show what the evidence supports, where perspectives differ, and what to strengthen next.

A good fit

You can name one shared priority that matters and is not moving forward as intended.

  • The work crosses teams, institutions, partners, or communities.
  • An accountable sponsor can provide appropriate access and act on what is learned.

Some questions need different support. ISG may narrow, pause, or refer work involving safety, harm, privacy, active conflict, legal or technical issues, or constraints that require specialist expertise.

BRING ONE PRIORITY. LEAVE WITH A CLEARER NEXT MOVE.

We'll recommend a proportionate starting point and explain why it fits.
