Before expanding an initiative, renewing a partnership, or committing resources, examine what each option requires. Do you have the authority, staffing, and funding to proceed? What would partners need to agree to or do? What remains uncertain?
The Priority-to-Progress Strategic Briefing helps you decide how to proceed

Use a Strategic Briefing when you’re deciding whether to expand, redesign a partnership, commit resources, or prepare for a major transition and need a fuller picture before proceeding.

Describe your priority, what you need to decide, and who will decide in a short Priority Brief. Together, we will confirm fit and scope. Evidence gathering begins after the agreement and payment arrangements are complete.

Examine authority, resources, partner commitments, and how the work is organized. We will align on what evidence is needed, strategies for participation and use of contributions in advance.

Receive a written Strategic Brief and an executive or board discussion. Agreed outputs may include findings, a comparison of options, important uncertainties, and a focused action agenda to help you decide what to do next.
Findings reflect the evidence reviewed. Uncertainty remains visible. Small groups cannot be promised anonymity. The briefing cannot predict outcomes or replace specialist advice.
